RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • Check regularly the child's school diary and homework copies and ensure that all take home assignments are completed on time.
  • Discuss with the child problems faced by him/her in coping with the scholastic and non scholastic activities. Sign the scripts of test.
  • Ensure that your child attends school neat both in person and uniform.
  • Children attending school without proper uniform, untidy in person or dress, with unkempt hair will not be allowed to attend classes.
  • Latecomers will be fined Rupees 10 / day.
  • Regular late comers will be expelled from school.
  • Minimum of 80% attendance is necessary to be permitted to take the final examination, and to be considered for promotion to the higher classes.
  • In case of marriage or any other exigency 2/3 days leave may be obtained with prior approval of the school authority.
  • Students taking final examinations in March first week every year must clear all school dues before they are allowed to take the final examinations.
  • Parents must attend Parent-Teacher meeting on regular basis. Regular absenting themselves from such meeting will be considered as showing indifference towards the education of their child and school authorities can take a note of it with a serious view.
  • Parents will not for any reason will go to the classroom. They will contact the principal for any urgency.
  • Teachers may be interviewed by parents by prior appointment by the principal.
  • Name of the child will be automatically be struck off the roles if fees are not paid for 2 consecutive months. Incase readmission is considered, the defaulters will pay all dues, fine, admission fee etc.
  • In subordination, cheating, stealing, destruction of school property, regular late coming and other acts of indiscipline are sufficient reasons for expelling a pupil from school.
  • The school accepts no responsibility whatsoever for losses of valuable brought to school.
  • Electronic items found with children during school hours will be confiscated.
  • Promotion of a child will be based on the pupil obtaining a minimum of 40% in the aggregate and at least a D grade in those subjects those are graded.
  • In case parents would like to see the answer scripts of their wards of half yearly & annual examination, an application will have to be made to the principal. In no case parents will be allowed to take the answer scripts home. The script will be shown only to the parent/guardian in the school.
  • Students coming by auto vehicles or cycles are required to lock it. If not locked school will not be responsible for any loss.
  • On national holidays, 15th August and 26th January presence of students is compulsory in the school. Absentees will be fined Rs. 100/-.
  • Report cards will be handed over to the parents only. In no case will it be given to the child.
  • Name of the student will be deleted from the school record if they are absent for two consecutive weeks without prior permission.
  • Parents are requested not to approach the teachers for private tuitions. No teacher is permitted to take private tuitions without the written permission from the principal.
